1. Who We Are

Xocami is an independent studio operated by an individual developer, not a registered company:

In these terms, "Xocami", "we" and "us" mean the operator above.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These terms apply to the website at xocami.com and to every app and game published by Xocami, including Lịch Nhà (together, the "Services"). If a product has its own additional terms, those apply to that product together with these terms.

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the apps and games. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Some features require an account. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

4. Your Content

In Lịch Nhà you can create personal events, such as titles, lunar or solar dates, notes and reminder settings.

• Ownership: Your content belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.
• Our use: You allow us to store and sync your content (currently through Google Firebase) and to use it only to run the Services, such as backup, multi-device sync and reminders. See the Lịch Nhà Privacy Policy.
• Backups: You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• enter content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
• use the Services to harm, harass or deceive others, or to break any applicable law.

We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these rules.

6. Advertising and Purchases

• Lịch Nhà currently shows no advertising and has no in-app purchases.
• Future games and apps from Xocami may show ads provided by Google AdMob, a third party. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party ads.
• Where a product offers it, you may pay once to remove ads. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's policies. We do not process payments or issue refunds ourselves.

7. Availability and Distribution

• Our apps are distributed through Google Play (Android). Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the apps or their support.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature or product at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but this is not guaranteed.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

• You can stop using the Services at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and data by following the Account Deletion Guide. We delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Disclaimer

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
• Reminders may be late or missed. Notifications depend on your device, operating system settings (such as battery optimization or Do Not Disturb), network and third-party services. Do not rely on Lịch Nhà alone for critical or time-sensitive matters.
• We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed event, missed reminder or lost data, caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, we owe you nothing beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If that fails, disputes go to the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.

12. Language

These terms are published in Vietnamese and English. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the "Last Updated" date on this page and announce significant changes on the website. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
