Delete Your Lịch Nhà Account & Data

1. App & Developer

• App: Lịch Nhà (Android)
• Developer: XOCAMI
• Sign-in method: Google. The app has no separate username or password; your account is the Google account you signed in with.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, in line with applicable privacy regulations and Google Play user data policies.

2. Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way is directly inside Lịch Nhà (you must be signed in):

1. Open Lịch Nhà and go to the Personal tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account data (red).
3. Read the first prompt and tap Continue.
4. In the Confirm deletion prompt, optionally tick Also delete events on this device, then tap Delete data.
5. If the app says You need to sign in again to finish deleting your account, tap Sign in again with the same Google account and retry.

Deletion cannot be undone. See what is deleted and what is kept below.

3. Request Deletion by Email (App Uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, request deletion by email instead:

1. Recipient email: Send your request to our support inbox at [email protected].
2. Email subject: Use the standard format: [App Name] — Data Deletion Request (for example: [Lịch Nhà] — Data Deletion Request).
3. Email body details: Please include the following information:
   • Application Name: The name of the Xocami app you are using.
   • Account Identifier: The Google account email you used to sign in to Lịch Nhà. Send the request from that address, or state it in the email, so we can verify ownership.
   • Scope of Deletion: Specify whether you want to delete your entire account and all cloud data, or only specific data elements (such as cloud backups).
   • Verification Information: Any additional details that can help our team verify your rightful ownership of the account.

4. Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account data in the app, or when an emailed request is verified and processed, the following is permanently removed from our servers (Google Firebase):

• Your Cloud Firestore document users/{uid}, including your synchronized events and settings.
• Your cloud backups in the snapshots subcollection (users/{uid}/snapshots).
• Your Firebase Authentication account, including the linked Google sign-in.

After deletion this data is unrecoverable. To use the app again, sign in with Google to start a fresh account.

5. Data That Is Kept & Retention

• Crash data (Firebase Crashlytics): kept for about 90 days by default, then deleted automatically. It is not removed earlier by an account deletion request.
• Data stored on your device (local SQLite database and backup files): this is not deleted remotely. Choose Also delete events on this device when deleting in the app, or uninstall the app or clear its app data in Android settings to remove it.
