Lịch Nhà Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These are the additional terms for the Lịch Nhà app. They apply together with the general Terms of Service (operator, eligibility, acceptable use, disclaimer, liability and governing law). If the two differ about Lịch Nhà, these app terms apply to the app.

2. Your Account and Content

• Account: Backup and sync require signing in with your Google account. Keep that account secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think it was accessed without permission.
• Your content: You can create personal events, such as titles, lunar or solar dates, notes, reminder settings and memorial details. They belong to you.
• Our use: You allow us to store and sync your content through Google Firebase and to use it only for backup, multi-device sync and reminders. The Lịch Nhà Privacy Policy lists exactly what is stored.
• Backups: You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important to you.

3. Reminders and Notifications

• Reminders may be late or missed. They depend on your device, operating system settings (such as battery optimization or Do Not Disturb), notification permission, network and third-party services.
• Exact-time reminders are optional and need a permission you grant yourself in the app. Without it, reminders may arrive a little off the exact time.
• Do not rely on Lịch Nhà alone for critical or time-sensitive matters.

4. Advertising and Purchases

Lịch Nhà currently shows no advertising and has no in-app purchases. If that changes, we will update these terms and the privacy policy before the change ships.

5. Account and Data Deletion

• You can delete your account and cloud data in the app: Personal tab → Delete account data. This takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
• If you no longer have the app, request deletion by email as described in the Lịch Nhà deletion guide. Emailed requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
• Crash reports are kept for about 90 days and data stored on your own device is not deleted remotely. The guide explains how to remove it.

6. Privacy

How Lịch Nhà collects, stores and protects data is described in the Lịch Nhà Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the "Last Updated" date on this page. If you keep using Lịch Nhà after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. For questions, please reach out to us:
